About the Role
We’re looking for an ERP Consultant / Project Lead to join our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to implement and support ERP systems while also leading projects end-to-end.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of ERP consulting and the client-facing, strategic side of project leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients to understand business processes and define ERP solution requirements
- Implement and support ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Operations, AX, NAV, or GP)
- Lead ERP projects from planning through go-live, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Configure systems, support data migration, testing, and user acceptance
- Develop specifications for custom applications and integrations
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including demos and proposal development
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for additional consulting services
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior team members
- Follow Calsoft’s project methodology and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of ERP or related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365, AX, NAV, or GP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Native-level Spanish (written and spoken)
- Business-level English (written and spoken)
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites in Mexico and the U.S.
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or service industries
- Experience leading projects or mentoring team members
- Ability to recommend and implement process improvements
- Interest in contributing to internal processes and organizational growth
Work Environment & Travel
- Primarily remote role based in Mexico
- Frequent travel to client sites (Mexico & U.S.), including occasional overnight or extended stays
